The well respected Chef Sumant Pardal, the owner, hails from a family of restaurateurs in India and has been cooking for over 40 years. Over the years he has owned and operated several restaurants in Los Angeles, including the famous East India Grills, Tufaan & Tiger Lily and has a long list of accolades. Eight years ago he ventured into the Gourmet truck world, not knowing what to expect. Today, this is one of his most successful businesses.
India Jones Chow Trucks are gourmet food trucks serving authentic Indian street food throughout Greater Los Angeles & Beach cities for over eight years. In 2012, the 2nd Vendy Awards were held at Pan Pacific Park. Amongst of thousands of L.A street food vendors, 7 were selected for the ultimate food challenge.
